Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural

These beans are stirred non-stop for the first 48 hours, and then they are sorted until they have achieved Grade 1 status, rare for a natural coffee from Ethiopia.

This coffee offers subtle flavors of lemon drop, strawberry, and jasmine, with a juicy, creamy mouthfeel, no earthy or fermented notes, and a sweet, lingering aftertaste.
